I was impressed with what a pleasurable experience the colonic turned out to be. The environment was so relaxed. Thanks for that.

Would you recommend colonic for people who don't have anything like IBS? What other benefits are there apart from it psychologically feeling very cleansing?

Oh, and what is the difference between colonic irrigation and hydrotherapy?

Colonics are great for achieving better health and maintaining your general well-being and so even very healthy people can get further benefits from regular colonics. Although the wonderful clean feeling is purely a psychological event, the hydration plus the removal of old wastes and toxins accumulated from everyday living can only be positive.

Colon Hydrotherapy and Colonic Irrigation are exactly the same thing. Both use water to gently remove waste and toxins from your bowel. Colonic Hydrotherapy is more commonly referred to in the US, whilst Colonic Irrigation is the more popular term in the UK.
